We don't price per hour, We merit the job on the size, frequency, and level of cleaning tasks within the property; this in turn indicates the correct amount of time and correct pricing structure required for the service provided.

We currently hold Keys to 95% of our large Client base. The trust placed in us has meant we have a high Client retention this maintains our reputation and reflects the quality of service that is provided. We ensure that the security relating to your property is secure at all times. We are a fully insured registered Ltd Company, all our operatives are police vetted, the staff is employed by Cleanserv, we follow regulations stipulated by the Home Office, Inland Revenue, Employment Law, and Health and Safety management systems.

• The Service frequencies range from weekly, fortnightly, Monthly, One Offs, spring clean and blitz cleans.
