Q. How many operatives will come to premises?
A. Depending upon several variables, frequency, size and taking into account .commercially we would a allot a minimum of 1 operative issuing them with a lone worker device (up to 2000sq feet) and anything from 6 upwards to the larger sites. Private, Domestic two cleaner always attend each property for health & safety obligations and their welfare.

Q. Are all staff trained, and fully checked?
A. Yes all staff undergo an induction training period and are police vetted they then are monitored using an audited employment and health & safety management system.

Q. Is the company insured?
A. Yes. We have full public liability insurance.

Q. What about equipment?
A. We supply and only use all our own plant equipment and Cleaning materials and products.

Q. Does the company work 7 days a week?
A. Yes we operate 7 days a week. Apart from the Christmas period in which we have a full shut down for 1 week.

Q. What are your rates?
A. Our pricing is completely individualised, and we merit the price on the different variables that are applicable. Every job is unique.

Q. If there is a problem, who can I call?
A. If you see a problem, regarding your clean /job specification and the operative is on site you can talk to them, who will then try to make immediate efforts to correct the problem. Or you can contact the Office staff, who will work quickly with operative to try to correct the problem as soon as possible

Q. What will get cleaned?
A. Upon the site inspection a cleaning proposal will be generated for the specific job required each job has different needs. So whatever has been quoted for and agreed on the initial quotation price and proposal document this is what will be done. If however you need to add or remove certain tasks, this must be approved through the correct authority by ringing office and not the operative. As anything that is not on the proposal that you want cleaned will not be insured.

Q. What happens if Regular Cleaners are Sick or Absent?
A. A substitute will be sent to ensure that your clean is completed. All Operatives are inducted and trained in all eventualities. They are briefed and adhere to job schedules, also the office staff is in contact with operatives in case any complications arise.

Q. Are you an insured key holder?
A. Yes we are fully insured; all keys are coded and kept in safe when not in use. In the event of a loss of key. We would hire locksmith to install new lock and new key for premises to ensure security measure.
